MultiplAI Riza
Hi @Kelly Wood,
I’m Riza, the Product Support Specialist for Multiplai AI Agents. I’d like to ask a few questions so I can properly address your concern.
I would also like to invite you to a quick call to assist you more efficiently. Would that be okay with you? If yes, please feel free to choose a time for tomorrow using this link:
If you’re not available tomorrow, we can schedule it on another day. Just let me know your preferred date and time, and I’ll be happy to set it up and send the invite.
Thank you, and I look forward to assisting you.

Hi Nice
Thanks for your reply.
Somehow my account lost its time zone setting, around the time that the Tables were added, not sure if that was the cause?
When I tried to reset my time zone, my time zone was not showing up in the drop down list, it only went up to (UTC+05:00) Yekaterinburg... see attached screen shot.
I was able to work around the problem by typing in +12 to bring up my time zone which is (UTC+12:00) Auckland, Wellington.
How I discovered that my time zone had changed was by using one of my workflows that has a chat trigger which requires a date to be entered. When I entered the date as 10/11/25 the workflow was treating the date in New Zealand as either 09/11/25 of 11th of October 25.

Hi Kelly Wood
Thanks for walking me through this. Your notes help a lot.
The missing time zone in the dropdown and the unexpected reset shouldn’t be happening. I appreciate you finding a workaround by typing +12, and I’m glad you flagged how it impacted your workflow dates.
I’m checking this with the team so we can confirm if the dropdown list or settings update caused the issue.
Quick questions so I can log this accurately:
• Did the time zone stay saved after you refreshed or logged back in?
• Were you using Chrome, Edge, or another browser when this happened?
• Did any other settings change on your end?
Thanks again for bringing this to us. Your detail makes troubleshooting faster.

Hi Nice
Yes the time zone has stayed saved.
I was using Safari.
No other settings changed that I noticed.
Prior to having this issue I did log into my other (new) account linked to kelly@premiumai.co.nz for the first time. The system/Safari didn't like me trying to login to seperate accounts. When I clicked on links, the link would open up in my other account linked to kellywood@premhomes.co.nz
Is there any specific rules I should follow when using multiple
accounts? Should I be able to access both Organisations from my Multiplai Home page? Only one Organisation is in there, see attached screen shot.
Regards
Kelly

Hi Kelly Wood
Thank you for sharing the details. I appreciate your patience while we sort this out, and I’m sorry for the inconvenience you’ve had to work through.
Here’s the best setup moving forward:
- Your active bundle is linked to the kellywood@premhomes.co.nz account.
I’m sorry for the confusion earlier. Since the bundle sits under this account, this will be the only account you should use when accessing Multiplai features.
- Safari mixes sessions when multiple accounts are open.
That’s what caused the links to open under the wrong account. I’m sorry this created extra steps for you.
- To switch accounts without issues, follow this order:
a. Log out of Multiplai
b. Quit Safari
c. Reopen Safari
d. Log in using only the premhomes account
This clears any cached session.
- Only one organization shows on your Multiplai Home page.
That’s expected because only the organization tied to your bundle will appear there. Sorry for any confusion this caused.
Please let me know if you want me to jump on a quick call or walk you through the setup.
Happy to help anytime, and thank you again for your patience.

Hi Kelly,
To change your timezone, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your Multiplai app, or click this link: https://app.multiplai.tech/login
- Once signed in, go to the upper-right corner of the page and click Manage Account, then select Organization.
- This will open your Organization Settings page, where you’ll see your company name, company domain, and other details.
4.From there, look for the Timezone option and update it as needed.
If you need any help, feel free to let me know!
