I have previously tried adding use Australian English to the Knowledge Base but it does not seem to work. I can add the information to the Base Instructions of each agent but it would be great to not have to remember to add it to an agent every time we create one. A check box or drop down to choose the type AU/US english in the set up of an agent

or as a default option for the organisation would be handy!
