When pasting image it covers the text

When the user's name is long and the ticket status is 'Awaiting Customer Response,' the Status component becomes misaligned.

Hi Team, Coach Junice is experiencing the same issue as Coach Joseph. She’s unable to lodge a new ticket because REA is stuck on a previously closed ticket.
